Special Products
Global Endoscopy designed a special high-resolution fiber optics endoscope with an adaptor built in to fit the Hydro Therm Abiator system, manufactured by Boston Scientific. This is a medical device that allows a physician to treat excessive uterine bleeding by performing endometrial ablation on an outpatient basis, using heated fluid within the uterine cavity under direct visual control.

Nicholas Mircea, President of Global Endoscopy has a Master's Degree in Precision Mechanics and received advanced training in optics and fiberoptic technology in Germany. With over 40 years of industry experience in endoscope design, manufacture and repair, Mircea leads a team of trained professionals who concentrate on delivering quality service and customer satisfaction in all aspects of endoscope development.

Designs and manufactures custom and standard endoscopes, including semi-rigid ureteroscopes, with features that improve instrument life and performance over standard equipment.

Consults with medical, dental and industrial professionals to develop precision instruments with the right features for specific applications. As a consultant, he worked or consulted on projects for companies like: Abbott, Baxter, Siemens, GE and many others. In fields like veterinary, dental, and medical. In the industrial field for automobiles, aeronautics QC equipment and National Security surveillance equipment.
